SMT Stencils

The most common application is the production of SMT stencils. The system can handle foil thicknesses from 0.001” to 0.025”. SMT stencils can be produced in a variety of materials including: stainless steel (full hard, ¾ hard, etc.), alloys 32, alloy 36, and e-formed Nickel among many others.
 
   
Micromachining Capability

The LPKF StencilLaser G 6060 brings its power into play no matter what. In addition to the ever growing stencil market, micromachining of mechanical parts is another lucrative application for the LPKF SL G 6060 system. The system is capable of cutting metal sheets up to 600 µm (23.6 mil) thick with superior precision.
